Many ‘early-stage’ projects involve brainstorms/workshops and an initial conceptual study to determine the fundamental scientific principles at work. This will typically lead to proof of principle testing, where our excellent hands-on abilities are key to rapidly selecting the most promising concepts.
At this stage the product needs are prioritised in order to draft a development programme . The majority of development programmes are run at a fast-pace. This is usually determined by the necessity to gain competitive advantage and be ‘first to market’.
Projects and programmes are tightly managed using industry recognised tools and techniques, with the client team closely involved and regular feedback sessions.
