42 Technology and our Associates have been involved with the energy sector for a number of years. Our skills include wind and wave power, alternative energy, heat recovery, strategy and technology assessment, concepts, and detailed product design and development.

Working with a major manufacturer we devised their technology and product roadmap to ensure their plans aligned with external and internal drivers; radical heat recovery concepts were devised and prototypes built and tested; large scale technology demonstrators were manufactured and the physics developed for the Carbon Trust to assess a new technology; and systems have been designed in detail for new fuel sources.
