42 Technology’s senior management team has extensive experience of delivering successful product and process innovations, gained both in industry and in other professional services companies.
Howard Biddle – Managing Director
Howard specialises in managing the product creation process and improving innovation performance. At 42 Technology his work has ranged from technology strategy assignments for multinational companies to overseeing product developments in a range of industries. Prior to 42 Technology, Howard was responsible for spearheading Cambridge Consultants Ltd’s move into commercial product design and development prior to becoming Managing Director.
He has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Queen Mary College, London and a Masters in Industrial Design from the Royal College of Art. Howard is a member of the advisory board of Qi3 Ltd, a technology marketing company in Cambridge.
Dave Wilson – Director
Dave’s expertise is in the development of innovative, sensor based, mechatronic products. Whilst at 42 Technology he has been responsible for the development of a number of industrial and clean-tech products. Before 42 Technology Dave held senior roles at Cambridge Consultants Ltd and Renishaw plc, where he gained broad experience in business development, technology strategy and licensing, and product creation from concept to production.
Dave has a PhD in Physics and a 1st class honours degree from Newcastle University, and has a number of patents in his name.
Adrian Swinburne – Head of Sales & Marketing
Adrian’s experience lies in the management of the product development process, from product definition through to manufacture with particular emphasis on complex multi-disciplinary products and systems. His work with 42 Technology is focussed on developing new business and key account management. Before joining 42 Technology he ran the UK consulting business unit at Sagentia, and prior to that spent his career working in the field of wireless communications, ranging from military radio equipment to fleet management mobile data systems.
Adrian has an engineering degree from the University of Durham, and is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology.
